Tri-Magnesium Professional is a dietary supplement containing 218 mg of magnesium from three different compounds:
Magnesium Acetyltaurate (ATAMg®)
Magnesium Bisglycinate (TRAACS™)
Magnesium Malate

Magnesium malate is highly bioavailable and well tolerated (has no laxative effect).
ATAMg® is a patented acetyltaurinate magnesium salt: its lipophilic character facilitates passage through the phospholipid membranes of cells.
Magnesium bisglycinate (TRAACS™) is a magnesium bound to glycine. Its small size and pH-lowering properties favors good absorption into the body.
